At Stílah, we’re committed to making things simple and fair for our customers.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we don’t require items to be sent back once opened.
If there’s ever an issue, our team will help make it right — no return shipping needed.


CHANGE OF MIND, SIZE OR COLOR

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.
Each product page includes detailed sizing information to help you choose correctly before ordering.
If you’re unsure about sizing, our team is always happy to help before you purchase.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the issue.
We’ll review your case and, if approved, issue a full refund or replacement — no return shipping required.

You do not need to send the product back unless specifically requested by our team.


HOW REFUNDS WORK

Once your refund is approved, it will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been completed.


SALE OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

Items purchased during promotions such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free or other discounted offers are final sale and not eligible for refunds unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges are still available for defective or damaged promotional items.
