Return and Refund Policy
You can return or exchange any unused product in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns are free, and you won’t have to cover any shipping expenses.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns after this period.
Gift cards are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged item to reach you may vary.
RETURNS FOR USED PRODUCTS
If the package has been opened or tried on, you still have 7 days from the date your tracking shows “delivered” to request a return.
We completely understand that finding the right fit can take a try — so as long as the item isn’t damaged or heavily worn, we’ll gladly help you with a return or exchange.
CANCELLATIONS
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number created, it can no longer be canceled.
After delivery, you can return it within the eligible window (unused and in original packaging) for a full refund.
WHERE TO SEND MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Once your return request is confirmed, we’ll send you a return form and instructions by email.
Please ship your item back to the address listed on that form — returns sent without confirmation cannot be processed.
REFUNDS
When we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email notification confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Contact your credit card company — processing may take some time.

Then contact your bank if needed.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us through our contact form.
Sale & Promotional Items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds.
Please note that items purchased as part of a promotion (such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free or discounted bundles) are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges are still available for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
If you need the same item in a different size or color, simply email us to arrange an exchange.
